The hiring process was quite lengthy, 7 weeks in total. While that seemed extensive for a part-time role without benefits, it appears to be the standard process.
The first round was a HireVue video interview with four questions, each allowing 2 minutes to answer and only one attempt to record. The questions were:
* Tell me about yourself:
* Why the NFL?
* Tell us about your experience and why it makes you a strong candidate.
* Share something about yourself that isn’t on your résumé.
From there, I had a 30-minute virtual interview with two directors I would be working with day-to-day.
After that, I advanced to another 30-minute virtual interview with two team members from the New York office.
The final round was held in person at the Inglewood office. It included a 30-minute interview with an executive, a 30-minute panel with the team, and a brief conversation with HR to cover housekeeping topics.
On average, it took about a week to hear back regarding next steps and scheduling. The job was initially posted as a full-time role but later changed to part-time, which I believe contributed to delays in the process.
