I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NFL (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
I found the posting on LinkedIn and submitted an application. It was a similar application to other positions with additional questions on why I wanted to work for the league. From there, about 2 weeks later I was notified I was selected for a HireVue interview where I was asked more general questions about my experiences and more. The last round was a virtual interview with two people on the team I applied to in which I was asked more me to see if I was a good and qualified fit.
Had a online interview with myself, where you were asked to record yourself answering 9 different questions. You had a minute to prepare for each question. Then you had up to 3 minutes to answer each question.
The interview process was long but reasonable and can vary based on role. HR is exceptionally accommodating and responds quickly to questions and concerns. The first round is a revue; then the other rounds can vary based on the position you apply for. They get back to you pretty quickly after each
Great, they were very nice and asked me relevant questions. The hirevue virtual interview was a bit tedious and was not really engaging and asked the same questions basically. However, the team that interviewed me showed interest and asked more questions relevant to myself.
