First round was hirevue with 10 questions, 1 written 1 multiple choice. The questions were very basic behavioral questions and the written ask to pick from 4 core values of NFL and explain which one suited you
Mostly personality based. Third interview was a presentation to three members of the NFL team and lasted around an hour. Fourth interview was with a Senior Vice President and very conversational. Many resume based questions.
