Extremely non transparent with very little communication and consideration for the applicants,no response and no updates 1 month after the interview, if you are going to take applicants hours of their time , at least have the decency to update them one way or the other, very disappointing.
We take this feedback seriously and want all of our candidates to have a positive experience. Thank you for communicating with us as we really missed the mark. Our goal is to communicate what is happening during the interview process in a timely and respectful manner and we didn't meet our own expectations.
