I applied online. I interviewed at NFP in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied online, couple weeks late, they scheduled a phone screen with me. But nobody call me at the interview time. I emailed, no reply.
Very disappointed. I even send a message to HR on Linkedln, still no reply.

Process felt formal. Come in to receptionist - meet with hiring manager and HR recruiter. Lots of specific questions about job history, knowledge, etc. The interview felt conversational but at the same time, there weren't question references.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NFP (Austin, TX) in Feb 2011
Interview
The interview went very smoothly. Met with my would be manager for a casual conversation; no testing. After about an hour describing my skill set and what I could contribute as a future employee I met with the CFO as a cursory interview. At which point he gave me a background on the company and what my role was. After that an offer was made in the coming days.
