Interview
This was an interview for a new store. There were hundreds of applicants and the interviews were group interviews. I interviewed with one other person at a table with two managers from different stores. It was a little overwhelming and there were so many other applicants for the same title I was looking for. They look for SPECIFIC instances that actually have happened to you throughout your career. Do not use generalizations or what you would do. Research the company and really prepare for your interview. Be honest. They are looking for a mix of team members and not just one personality type. They want people who compliment each other.
