Interview
First I completed a lot of forms explaining why I wanted to work for them and then I completed a video interview online where they asked what made me suitable to work for the company, why I wanted to work for the company and my favourite ad campaigns. Wasn't too difficult.
It was easy and simple they didn’t ask too many questions but was more generic and typical for an interview. Wasn’t too difficult and was straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The recruiters were responsive and prompt throughout the communication. The conversations were authentic and transparent as well. Interviewers were friendly but professional. All things considered, it was a smooth process overall.
