Preliminary interview with the recruiter. Typical first round interview questions: Where do you want to be in five years? Why are the looking? What's your biggest weakness? What motivates you? Etc, etc.
large panel interview in conference room. Multiple people in each interview with multiple rounds. Took awhile for them to make a decision. This interview was from many years ago. The line of questioning was very corporate feeling... a lot of, "tell me a time when" types.
