Interview
It was a group interview, about ten people in my group. The interviewer took the time to talk to everyone and it felt very positive. asked you to think of scenarios and the basic interview process.
Very easy and to the point. Asked basic questions and was straightforward. We sat outside near the store and it was not stressful. Asked about availability and how I was with coworkers and customers.

Interview
It was not too formal since the job position was just working in retail. I wore pants and a nice shirt and had an interview in the store in the back office area.
Straight forward and easy - it was a group interview that involved group exercise surrounded on Nike ethics & culture. All in all, the experience was enjoyable and I loved working for the company - many great perks.
