Interview
It was said that after the digital Interview you would get notified if you will have a telephone interview but there were more than these steps.
First I had to a digital Interview with behavioral Questions. 2 weeks later I had to do a creative challenge "my 24h in 24s" I had 1 week to send this. After this step the managers sorted people out again and send me an email asking if I could really just stay for 6 months since the managers had a preference for people with 12 months time. So now I might be rejected because I don´t have enough time. Why post an Internship for 6-12 months if you´re only taking the 12 months guys? If they choose me now I won´t have a telephone interview like they promised but I will have to drive to the Netherlands personally.
Whether I get the position or not, it was a lot of work for an internship position and they did not stick to the hiring process they promised at all. So far the process has been 2 months
Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."

I got a HireVue interview, but I waited for 2 months and was rejected. But I got the manager, and the hiring people saw my LinkedIn profile. I know that doesn't mean anything.
