very informal and friendly. The manager was easy to speak to and put me at ease. The whole process felt more like a general chat than a formal interview. It was a positive and worthwhile experience. The only let down was having accepted the job I wasn't told it was a temporary job and only lasted until Christmas.
online, easy to answer, automated questions that revolved around customer services, things about being apart of a group or helping a challenging customer/teammate, just be prepared to answer about general interest in the company

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
