I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE in May 2014
Interview
Applied online and it took 4 weeks for them to give a call back. Group interview. No one dresses up nicely so I highly recommend you don't do it. Asked about 7 questions. Very misleading group of employees and never seen so much rudeness at a nike store ever. Sidenote-Said they would evaluate all candidates once they finished interviewing this week and let us know middle of next week with the results but lied and rejected the next day.

Question 1
Not really difficult or unexpected: What are you passionate about and why nike?
Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
It was a group setting very much not a 1v1. Try to stand out but positively, Show intent and practicality, and show you will be a great teammate to work with.
