Managers are very easy to speak to. The hiring and interview process is not difficult at all. Everything is extremely simple and Managers help you to understand everything in the company.

The most difficult question I believe would be "what are your weaknesses".
It was a group interview and then it broke into one on one interviews. PowerPoints and quiz in group interview. There was questions about their missions and values and aims
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
