I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE in Aug 2008
Interview
The interview was very laid back. The HR representative was very helpful and insightful. All in all I felt it went very well. Typical questions were asked about prior experience, why you chose to apply, etc. Had a follow up interview shortly after in which I was told the position had been filled.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NIKE (Portland, OR) in Jul 2022
Interview
Typical STAR type interview. Nothing hard, but I opted not to accepting the offer. The questions were direct and vague, there was a lot of opportunity to explain my thougths and the meeting was nice. There was not Human resource involved on the interview

I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Beaverton, OR) in Jun 2022
Interview
Really fun and informative. From start to finish I felt comfortable and at ease. The questions were more about how I see myself in the role and how I can grow.
Quick, but impersonal. Submitted application, had a virtual self interview with hire vue and decision the same week. Never interacted with a person. It feels a little disappointing, but if this makes the decision process quicker, I’d rather know that then moving forward. I will probably not apply again.
