Interview
I heard back very quickly after submitting my application. It was very easy to set up a time to speak over the phone and they were accomodating to my schedule. Once I had the inital phone interview there were a few additional questions that we communicated via email. It didn't take very long after the phone interview to hear back. They were upfront and told me that they had interviewed a few strong candidates already.
