The selection process consisted of a phone interview and a face-to-face interview in the HQ in Hilversum. The phone interview was conducted by a member of the HR department, so the questions were basically centered around your background, work experience and motivation to join Nike. After the phone interview, your application is handed in to the Finance department who then make a choice on whether to invite you to a 1:1 interview.
