it was a group interview with 5 managers interviewing candidates. Very friendly and sports oriented. They asked about leadership experience and they were also interested in service recovery. Be prepared to feel slightly interrogated during this part of the interview. It almost felt as though they are testing your loyalty and trust with coworkers, employers, and customers.
