i was contacted by email and they told me i passed the initial screening and so was invited for an online video interview (with hirevue) and it consisted of "classic traditional" questions (8 in total for which you have 3 minutes). You can also practice a couple of times before by yourself

-be ready to explain why! So research company culture and relate yourself to it
-quite challenging to improvise a 60 seconds answer, rehersing could be an idea. The fact that you do not have someone in front of you is ok. You just need to get used to it
