I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied directly from the Nike website and got an email about a week later to do a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 10 minutes and she asked basic questions like, "why Nike? What is good customer service to you?" Make sure to really express how much you love Nike and show your passion for sports. I went on to a panel interview with about 6 people and we took turns answering questions given by 4 hiring managers. STAND OUT. If you mess up, smile! They don't look for the most perfect answer but rather people who stay excited and positive. Got an email for a background check about 2 weeks later.
