The interview is a short test of excel abilities with a few distinct requests for you to fulfill such as calculating values or joining cells together and then there is an interview session. There they mostly want to know about who you are what it is that you´ve done previously in the university that can relate to the activities they might have you do. It´s generally very broad and they´re mostly wanting to get to know you to see if you´re going to be a hard worker.
