The process was rather short. I was sent a business case that I had 24h to solve and prepare. It was not particularly hard, and one of those where there was no right/wrong answer but rather focused on thought process and approach. The interview was with a panel of 3 people, including hiring manager, account manager and account director. Started off with motivational questions and CV scan to later go tackle the case. Total time of about an hour After that, I was scheduled for some follow-up phone interviews and questions about my motivation, my intentions and interest in the role.
