it was a group interview really laid back. there were three people who were managers at nike and i was in a room with r other people. they take notes as you talk but don't be intimiadted. they also ask you questions about your life like if you do sports or how you addled certain situations that can possibly happen in the work place. its like going to get coffee with a friend type of interview.
It was a group interview and then it broke into one on one interviews. PowerPoints and quiz in group interview. There was questions about their missions and values and aims
Very easy interview process. Just an online interview and I was contacted by phone call a couple weeks later. They extended me an offer and asked me to come in for training.
