Interview
Initially had a phone Interview, then went on to a face to face, had 2 of the 1:1 interviews. Overall it was a great experience. Do not hesitate with your application, be genuine and smile a lot. One of the interviewers was initially a little condescending however 5 minutes in he opened up and was very nice. After that I had to wait over 2 weeks to hear back and was told i got the internship. Overall good experience.

Very informative and straightforward. Human resources was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and made the entire process clear and transparent from start to finish. Their professionalism made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless."
Submitted resume and cover letter then got a hireview, importance on why Nike and draw to company and oregon. Next round is virtual and then go for a live day.
