Very nice, kind and interesting process, they use Hireview to proceed to the third round of interviews. Be aware of culture and brand, they are interested in knowing how you would fit their teams, how much you love the brand and how do you see it.
Due to Covid, all interviews were via Zoom. First interview was case based, second interview was behavioral. I had a great experience, both Nike team members were very nice and it did not feel high pressure at all.

What would you do if you had to open a new factory?
Resume review, then interview with recruiter then moving on to interview with hiring managers. Fairly quick turnover. Networking is crucial to get your resume past the review and on to the first interview.
