The process was three stages which all took place online. First with a recruiter, then a brand manager for a different team, followed by the brand manager for the team.

Standard competency questions e.g. name a time you...
It was easy and simple they didn’t ask too many questions but was more generic and typical for an interview. Wasn’t too difficult and was straight forward. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The recruiters were responsive and prompt throughout the communication. The conversations were authentic and transparent as well. Interviewers were friendly but professional. All things considered, it was a smooth process overall.
