I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE in Dec 2024
Interview
Fast. Very fast. Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and it was off to the races, about 3 weeks tops. Recruiter screening, then interview with DAM manager with some technical questions, then interview with the team lead and same manager. No formal technical interview. Got all the way to the final round and barely got beat out by someone with area specific experience. Nice people, loved the recruiter.

First there was a SQL aptitude test, then interviews with two different people. I did not get to talk to anyone about the role before the aptitude test. Also the interviewers did not have any idea of what the whole process would look like.
