First I applied online, then I got an email for a phone interview about 3 days later. During the phone interview I was asked about my familiarity with Nike. After that I got an interview with Nike, for the next day. It happened to be a group interview. In a week, I received a background check email. And a week later I got offered the job.
Online quiz then interview via zoom with two team members. Went through a bunch of hypothetical customer interactions, teamwork and availability. Wanted to know how many hours I wanted and retail and athletic knowledge

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
