I was contacted by a recruiter in LinkedIn to attend an info session, after the session they set up an phone interview with the hiring manager. He asked me about the past experiences and the entire interview barely lasted for 4 min. I got an email from the recruiter that we are not going to proceed with your application. I felt the entire process was a bit unprofessional, they wanted to hire lot of people but later realized that they don't need so many people. It happened to two of my friends as well.

Went well, first was online, with senior member of the team and second was on-site with engineering manager. Got offer like 2 days after the first interview but rejected it.
