Interview
I applied online and received an email after two days that they like to conduct a phone interview. I responded immediately in affirmation but the email returned with a surprise mentioning that the hiring technical person is travelling and won't be available until next two weeks. ...huh..so what was the rush? Anyways, finally a interview date was fixed. I was very anxious about it but all my passion was drained out when the interviewer said in the beginning of the interview that she doesn't have time to listen to me and need to run to another meeting and has only 20 minutes for this call...wow..can you squeeze 18 years of experience in 20 minutes. No technical questions regarding my capabilities were asked, it was only time pass. Anyways, it was a hilarious interview I gave for the first time. Maybe that is the culture over there or maybe I was not referred by an employee. Plus, only one person was on the call. Eventually, after 2 days as expected I received a refusal. So no surprises and no hard fillings. But I have baffled as I red good things about Nio on glass door.

Interview
Applied through the website. Smooth interview. Asking basic questions.
On site, asked about experiences and my response regarding a variety of potential issues. New building, new facilities like a gym.
Pretty much tech company culture than automotive.
