Interview
Had a 15 phone screen, then 30 min interview with another engineer. The phone interview was easy, he just asked me about React, such as my favorite thing about it and lifecycle methods.
Then had an onsite. Had 4 interviews and lunch.
4 rounds on site with mixed behavioral and coding, roughly 4 hours total, fly in fly out and they provide lodging near the company. Nothing special. Overall very happy interview experience. HR followed up quickly.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIO
Interview
First the tech interviewer ask about the working experience, I just answer with the working experience in my resume, then they ask three algrithm questions in leetcode. I didn't prepare at that time, I think I just mess it up, so I failed.
There are many questions and require careful preparation. The interviewers are professional and will not put pressure on you, but will guide you. The questions asked are very basic knowledge that is rarely used in actual development.
