depends on your level of experience, but will hire you with a c.d.l. and train you for your license while paying you. for example ... If you have never driven a bus you will most likely have to take a multiple choice personality test, then get a call saying you passed that and be pulled in for an interview. but if you have over 2-3 years experience you may be overlooked on the test and go straight to the interview.

Very slow process just to be offered an interview, in fact, I'm not sure I would have been offered an interview for the position at all if I hadn't asked for it while declining an interview for the assistant conductor training program. It was at least three months of nothing happening after I entered my application.
