NJM Insurance Call Center Supervisor interview questions

The recruiter didn't seem to understand the role or the industry. She failed to answer even basic questions about the role. When I brought up the overwhelming negative online reviews of the center, she deflected saying they couldn't even verify those were posted by actual employees. Even after I went over my work history, which includes over 20 years of client service and call center experience, she continued to ask very basic call center position questions.
