Passed an initial screening call, then passed the next round and was asked for availability for a 3rd round (presentation - using some data that had been sent to me in advance). Having started the presentation, I was told days later that they had offered the job to someone else (it was someone with no CSM experience). Very poor to make someone start a presentation, to only then cancel the next stage.
