Referred by a Headhunter. HR department was not involved at all until the last inteview. Only had three interviews, Hiring Mgr., next level Mgr., HR Mgr. No tough questions, very thorough review of their manufacturing process. Expectations of the position not very clear. HR dept. had been conducting most of the search prior to my candidacy, but they were not getting any qualified candidates. Manager's were more concerned about when could I start and did I understand the steep learning curve in the oil & gas industry. Drug test and backkground check took about 1 week to complete.
