Interview
Very quick turnaround! The team I interviewed with was so nice and I felt very comfortable. My first interview was with my boss over the phone. The second interview was on video (Covid era) with 2 additional members of the team as well as my boss.
Had an initial screening interview over the phone and then a Zoom interview with three individuals. The process was simple and the interviewers were friendly. They were interested in my background in journalism and also asked to make sure that I understood the main goals of the organization and its mission.
