Interview
Really pleasant process. The HR Manager was clear in how communication would proceed going forward, people involved in the interview process, and upcoming timelines. Very personable. Very comfortable. Lots of room for an open and honest dialogue about the position, how it came to be, and direction of the property.

Interview
I've noticed a comment that resonates with my own experience. I'm quite taken aback that an esteemed organization like NPR falls short in terms of professionalism and clarity during the interview process. While the staff I encountered at NPR were courteous, the communication throughout the interview process was severely lacking. The interviewers appeared disinterested and lacked positive energy during our conversations. Additionally, there seems to be a need for an overhaul in the recruitment staff and proper training on how to engage with candidates.
They took months to contact me for interviews and then after several rounds never let me know that I didn't get the job. Pleasant interactions and experience with everyone though! The process just seemed disorganized.
