I was a Contractor in another division when I applied for the Financial Analyst position, so I reached out to the hiring manager directly. We exchanged a few emails and scheduled an interview. At the interview I met the hiring manager, to whom the position reported, and her boss too.

Easy interview process. Three rounds of interview. One with Human Resources. One with the hiring manager, and last round in person with the hiring manager and director. Mainly behavioral questions
