I applied online. I interviewed at NRG Energy (Princeton, NJ) in Apr 2015
Interview
There was an interview with each of the potential rotations which was beneficial to understand each of the roles. HR could have provided a more detailed description of what each of the roles were before, so that you could have come in more prepared. Having 8 potential rotations in very different business segments made the interview more general and a learning experience for the interviewer. Given it was a rotational program, they were mostly interested in your eagerness to learn and if your background would be a good fit for their group.
