You basically sit and listen to multiple managers tell you how great they are. Then you begin to wonder when the interview will begin. Then you slowly realize that this is the interview:........ HR will not be in touch with you and you will not be given an update. The. One day they will randomly call you and offer you the job. The HR department is the least impressive of any company I’ve worked at.
