I got call from HR directly through Naukri. I was called for interview on Weekday. Place : NTT data (NDFS) Ozone manay tech park- Hosur road Many people turned up. I was waiting there for 3 hours for 1st round to happen as there was nobody who could take up interview for QA. Finally, somebody came with frustrating and sleeping face who was not willing to take up interview but forced to. He simply asked 2 random questions on testing and interview is over. Not even about my experience is asked. Then I was asked to leave telling they want to screen other candidates. I left . I got call from them while I was on the way if I can go back. I said I can come back. Again they are like, "not required. HR will contact you". I did not get any further calls. When I myself mailed HR asking for feedback, I got reply saying I am not selected. I want to understand what type of assessment happened here to reject me. I answered well on those couple of questions asked on testing. I don't know on what basis I was rejected when my entire experience matching to JD perfectly. Its completely waste of time to give interview for such companies. Please value someone's time and experience. You cannot fool people and do marketing for your company just by calling them for interview. This will ruin company's reputation instead. Call people for interview only if you have requirement.
