The interview took place remotely via MS Teams with a person from HR as well a project manager. After introductions from both sides, they asked questions. These had a strong focus on soft skills and interpersonal preferences. After that, we discussed what the employment would look like on a day to day basis. Lastly, we discussed a possible starting date as well as compensation.
