Very thorough starting with HR preliminary conversation to qualify for the opportunity. Interview held with a peer along with hiring manager and senior manager. Provided company background and in-depth position responsibilities. Asked standard questions to confirm qualifications and presented various scenarios to understand how I would handle them. Very casual and laid back as well as engaging.
