45min phone interview over msTeams. The interviewer spent about 30 minutes explaining the position and the team. Then shared a google doc with an algorithm problem and asked me to solve it and write code and/or psuedo code. Seemed pretty unfair to cram in a difficult algorithm problem with ~15 minutes left in the time. Verbally solved it as best as I could. Ended up running out of time. Received email next day saying they passed.
