I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Santa Ana, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Very disorganized and unprofessional recruiter who would schedule an interview and then cancel it last minute, and then schedule another two weeks later without providing transparency. I thought the negative reviews on here would not apply to me, but they turned out to be accurate depictions of how NVIDIA interviews. I did 10 long interviews over eight weeks plus a take home assignment before receiving no offer or anything for my time. Despite interviewing top talent, they have no respect for interviewees’ time and play interviewees, unlike any FAANG company. It’s not a serious hiring process and the recruiters are very sloppy. I really regret wasting my time and should have declined after the first red flag, but I did the interview because I was invited multiple times by the recruiter to interview for this position.

Question 1
Coding questions. I also interviewed with the entire team one at a time, and some asked questions that were very unrelated to the position and just improvised. All went very well anyways, which is why I had to do 10 of them. They are looking for perfection.
Two technical interviews if you pass you got invited to the third interview that will be with HR. If you pass (the two technical and hr interviews) you will receive an offer.

First a brief self-introduction of the team
Then they asked me to tell about a project I did
Then they asked me if I had 5000 applications at the same time, how would I deal with it

They asked to talk about some projects I worked on and then also asked two leetcode questions. I answered both questions correctly, although the second one I answered more slowly and the code was not organized but the solution was correct.
