Interview
1st interview was through the phone, easy interests and background questions.
The day of the in-person rounds I sat with three individuals; two product managers and a regional manager. Questions were mostly all behavioral based and not difficult. The two PMs were very nice, knowledgable and friendly. Their Manager, however, not so much. Clearly had made up his mind who he was selecting before I entered the room. He didn't seem to care much and seemed impatient and disinterested. Rude to the point where I kindly said I didn't think this organization would be for me and left the interview prematurely. I would never recommend anyone to apply here solely for this man's attitude. No one should settle to work in an environment where their boss (or future boss) fosters a culture of discouragement and outright disrespect.
I applied online. I interviewed at NVR (Beltsville, MD) in May 2026
Interview
About a month long process. It was a very easy process. Overall I would recommend them to anybody looking for an entry level position. There were a lot of the basic questions asked and they truly wanted to get to know me.

Very good experience, everyone was easy to talk to and great, didn't get the job, but they are really nice down to earth people it seemed like. If you're going to talk to them keep in mind they want passion.

Interview
Very quick and professional application process. The initial interview was very positive, and very friendly. The hiring manager was very polite, and interested in getting a holistic view of me, not just my past work experience, but my hobbies, and lifestyle to assess if I was a good fit for the company. An overall great experience.
