There was a phone call with a recruiter then a video interview then you had to take an exam then an in person interview. Seemed like a bit of overkill for an entry level position.

First step was a screening by an outside recruiter, which led to a gated application, then a screening by one of their trainers, then a second gated application and proficiency testing, final step was a panel interview via Teams.
