The Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Hiring/Application Review process is absolutely horrible. Not a great place to apply to at all. Hire more qualified Recruiters to attract and recruit talent. Clean up your Staff. Is this Recruiter the only one there reviewing and rejecting all applications? I guess the hiring process would go more smoothly if you knew someone on the inside. Discouraging. Complete turn off. The higher ups need to investigate why this is happening. A Great Place To Work shouldn’t have this going on in their organization. Shameful.
