Took 3-4 months to finish interview process and get an offer. Interview was not difficult, as long as you come prepared. You meet with minimum 2, maximum 3 people until they decide to make an offer.

I had no fewer than 5 interviews with HR and direct hiring managers. Initial contact with HR recruiter, phone interview with direct supervisor, zoom interview with two additional managers, an in person with faculty and direct supervisors, and another HR. It was very lengthy.

There were two interviews. One with the team and the other with the Directors. The process was simple. It took over a month. The interviewers went over the role and I got a chance to ask questions in the end on the role, the team and the organization itself.
