It was an on-campus job and I only had one 30 mins online zoom meeting with my supervisor, asking for some intro, tech ability for data management (experience with projects), interests in the position, and future semester schedules.

Had an interview with the supervising professor. He asked in details on the previous SW development experience. Then, the rest of the interview was more informative that he presented the current projects and we discussed on which project I would like to collaborate with.
