Definitely hectic interview process. There are 3 rounds of online test.
1. Online IQ - 50 questions in 12 minutes. [Where someone call from Nagarro, and share the test link at the time of interview thru MS Teams, and we need to share our screen and Video]
2. Online Code test - 3 questions [Which is about 90 minutes thru Mettl. So this portal requires to enable video, audio and entire screen sharing while doing test and need to show your ID proof and snapshot of your face]
3. MCQ Test - 170 questions in 170 minutes [Which is really horrible, like writing school student final exam]
Hence, All 3 online tests have taken around 5 hours(~).
After completing 3 code test, will have Face to Face interview and interview name is "Initial Technical Discussion" where the interviewer will ask all basic questions on your technologies in hurry burry, and completes within 30 minutes. Its kinda pre-scanning round.
If you clear the Initial Technical Discussion, after that you will be calling for further technical discussion, and it may be 2 or 3 more rounds and it depends on the position you are applying for.
After all these rounds, I got a mail saying "At this stage, we do not find you suitable for the roles we are recruiting for"
One simple question, As all online testing happening with full security and no one be able to misuse, and after all these interviews again Why initial F2F discussion interview [Pre-scanning round] is required?. So I am just trying to understand the use of having these online tests.
